I was charged on my card and even got my points redeemed

One entry is a plan charge. The other entry is for an add-on (which was free because points were used to pay for it).

Your screenshot doesn't show any indication of your credit card being charged twice. Also, from the information that you've provided, points weren't redeemed for account credits, but were rather used to get a US roaming add-on.

but I am pretty sure PM can help to adjust, just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
