I also had the same problem. When I followed your instructions, I found "Change SIM Card" option under "Quick Links" is disabled, meaning I am not able to click Change SIM link. Please advise. Thanks.

Once ticket is submitted,(envelope icon on the top right) CS_Agent will reply you there.


There's no reason to contact a CSA to change the SIM card.

@bramptonian    Yeah, unfortunately, it seems PM has disabled that option recently and I only became aware of it myself couple of days ago, but as suggested clicking the Profile from the left hand side of login page will give you the option to Change SIM and other functions.

 

I'll update the information in my earlier post to reflect this.

@bramptonian  try from the profile page instead.  Click Edit Account information and there is a section about Change Sim card there..
