Number transfer port is almost 24 hrs I did yesterday still not receiving any call and going to voicemail

Did you leave the old SIM from your other carrier and confirm that you are porting over to PM?
Once you confirmed then you can power off the phone and remove the old SIM and put in the PM SIM and power up the phone.
If you missed the 90 minute time frame to confirm, contact the PM moderator and click on SIMon chat bubble and ask to contact a moderator. PM staff will assist you with your porting.

Is the phone number from another cellular provider (or a landline provider)? If it's from a cell phone carrier, a message gets sent by them, and you need to reply to that text message to approve the phone number to Public Mobile. For that, you would need your old carrier's SIM card in your phone.
The vociemail is likley that of your old carrier. I fyour old carrier's SIM card isn't in a phone, that's why people calling you are being sent there to leave a voice message.
