I have $8.00 in my account & want to add texting add on. My question is the following. On the texting add on section it says 10 days ??? What does this mean ? Does it mean if I want the unlimited texting add on & pay the $8.00 extra, will I have texting only for the next 10 days or have it for the whole 30 days when my billing date is due ? Thank you for your help / response

@norman  Hi Norman, have you checked your other thread that you started.  Some of the Oracle members suggested that you contact the moderators to see if they can help correct the situation.  Moderators are generally quite helpful and understanding.

Community Moderators are available from Monday to Friday 9am (EDT) to 9pm (EDT) and Saturday, and Sunday from 9am (EDT) to 7:30pm (EDT)

No I do not have the $30.00 plan. My plan is the $17.00 one.I guess I lost the $8.00

@norman, The texting add-on for $8 / 10 days is for texting while roaming in the US.  I don't think there is a texting add-on for canada.  If I may, what plan do you currently have (I think in another post you indicated a $30 plan).

It would likely be more cost effective to add texting to your plan.  It usually doesn't cost much more when you already have talk & data.
