Im having the same issue. Tried to register the first of 3 sims cards and keep on getting the following error message on the payments stage...

So I now have spent $15 dollars in sim cards which I cannot activate and have 3 $120 request from PM on my mastercard....I know you pay for what you get buy this experience has not started out being the best for me.
Can someone help me please??

I’m having the same issue - says Activation Payment Failed . Tried twice. Two charges for Koodo Topup Reapprov of $30.24 each. Confirmed with TD that both these payments went through. Phone is t activated and I can’t login to Public Mobile My Account using the email and
add word I provided. SIM card number is 89xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.
please help me

3 new activations waiting to sort out CC payment.. transactions pending on CC.
Name/Address are exact match to CC statement.

Sorry, I couldn't understand this properly, do those 3 charges of $120 each appear on your credit card transactions list? Or is it just appearing as $0 transactions?
One of the most common cause for these sort of problems is the mismatch in the mailing address. Just be sure that the address you entered is an exact match of the mailing address on your credit card statement.
The moderators will be online in the morning and they may be able to help you. I hope you have another card you can try.
