Re-Activation...Mod help

I need to re-activate my account.  Topped up my account with money (not on prepay) clicked the tab to re-activate my account.  Nothing.  Tried to do the lost/Stolen phone trick and didn't work.  Been day and half now waiting for my account to activate.  Don't know what to do next.  

 

Help plz.  

 

It's not my account, it's my husbands.  If a mod can message me I can give account information.

I did.  Did Lost phone/Stolen phone trick too, which others have had some luck with.
