Sorry to hear that your account is suspended. Unfortunately, PM does not offer customer service by phone. Moderators on this forum and the wemail via the Contact Us page (https://publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help) are the only 2 methods to get support from PM.
How long has it been since you last had service?
If you have a credit card saved from paying for you plan in the past, you may be able to make a payment and get your service back by calling 611 and using the automated system.
If that doesn't work, you'll have to wait for the moderators to help fix this and restore your access to selfserve. @Shazia_K, @Mary_M
