I literaly just bought pixel 10a cause of this and the IMEI says not compatible. I am just lost as to what to do.

@Shimi , from the posts I've read, I believe the Pixel 10a will be compatible. I think the confusion lies with the IMEI checker being out of date and the customer support information you're getting because they may be relying on what's on the IMEI list today.

This is really bizarre for the pixel 10a. Everyone seems to think that it should be compatible. Thanks for the feedback. Maybe someone who has this phone can chime in.

I reached out and they are now saying it's not compatible. They made me replace my OnePlus and now are costing me even more money saying this is not compatible but they will not give a list of compatible devices. What a joke. This should be illegal.

We bought Samsung S23 phones, they work with the IMEI checker and are reported by it as voLTE compatible.

yes @Shimi , the phone is good, you just need PM agent to be aware and remember to add the phone back to the IMEI checker
Simply open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA code when login, use email to receive code instead of SMS if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) When open Chatbot ticket, Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
But if you have trouble using Chatbot to open ticket, then message PM using this link:

Ordered online from Google and it came really quick shipped from just outside Toronto I think so I'd be surprised if it's not Canadian enough.

@Shimi that is shocking. Where did you buy the phone. I think you have to get the phone from an authorized Canadian store like Best Buy Canada or the Google Canadian store.

no worries, Pixel 10 is supported. It is just too new and PM system not have the info yet
