I emailed 3 days ago trying to fix my disconnected phone and recieved an email response including the line, "you can expect a response within 48 hours". 72 hours later, no email. I am curious if there is even a team to respond to these emails, or if Public Mobile uses the forum to solve all issues.
When paying for my plan, I recieved two messages, one saying payment was received and another saying it could not be received. My credit account clearly details where Public Mobile took the money, but I can neither make or recieve calls and texts or access my data.
Reading similar posts, it looks like the way to fix this is to create this dialog then message a mod. Tagging for efficiency.

UPDATE!!
Email support got back to me and all is fixed. Maybe the solution would be extending the deadline for email inquiries to 4 days or something similar. That way a customer would be aware that faster help is available here on the forums, but help will also be available through email.
Either way, the button isn't 100% glitchy and does sometimes work!

Totally understand. Why keep the button if its proving to be faulty though? It was irritating to send all my details, wait patiently for when I expected a reply and receive nothing. I would gladly have submitted a community topic earlier had I known.

The e-mail contact form on the PM home page has been unreliable. The best way to obtain help is to send a private message to a moderator. Since it looks like you've done that already, the best thing to do now is wait.
Unfortunately, response times for assistance are much longer than normal (around 2-3 days currently) due to the heavy volume of help requests from the promotion currently running. Since private messaging is the moderators' preferred communication channel, I recommend you turn on e-mail notifications for receipt of private messages in your community account. To do this, go to Settings -> Preferences -> Private Messenger. Tick the checkbox for "Receive email notifications for new private messages" and click save after making the change. That way, you'll minimize any delay in seeing any reply from them and you won't have to constantly check your community inbox.
