Yes. I have done that earlier. I have also contacted the bank. There is no record of it on public mobile site but in my banking.

@err-shaa Don't guess, login to My Account for all the account you managed and check the Payment History
https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/account/payment/payment-history
and you are basically saying one account got charged twice? You sure it wasn't just a pending charge vs real charge? Some credit card will still have the pending charge there a day or two after the real charge.
Of course, if you are worry, open ticket with PM Support and have them to investigate:
1. If you have access to My account: At https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗"
2. If you don't have access to My Account or have trouble with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at:
https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply you there

I do have proof. It was taken after my monthly account, while I was sleeping. $16.95 came out after my regular. I am a multi phone payment account. Two of my accounts have been paid for as of right now. The unauthorized payment came in at approximately 3am after my second payment that occured at approximately 2am this morning.
