@JamesJoan88 Have them download the Public Mobile app to their phone (they will need to choose between physical sim card and esim). Give them your referral code which you will see when you log in to your own account and they will then have an opportunity to enter it during the sign up process. If going with physical sim and they don't want to wait for PM to deliver one (can take several days to several weeks) they can get one from a corporate Telus/Koodo store or try a Mobile Klinik. If they are porting their current number in to PM from another provider, they will have to decide whether to set up their PM plan with a new number, make sure it's working, and then initiate the port through the app, or they can do it during the sign up process.
