RE: Dec 6 Porting Issues - How long to get Resolved?

Just checking with other members who had porting issues on Dec 6.  I am one of them.  Has anyone with this Dec 6 porting got resolved?  I am readying other discussions and it seems the porting issue is about 2 week.

My issue was resolved on Sat.  Better than the 2 weeks from reading the communicty forums.

Can Shazia reach out to me and assist in porting a # over from Wind that was started prior to Nov 20th. Old was working til this past week however my credit card has been charge by Public Mobile already.

 

Currently phoneless and frustrated...any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Rockdadd22, I don't have service with my old sim.  The number has been ported to PM.  @Shazia_K was very helpful and setup my account and gave me a temporary number.  I understand PM is working to resolve this.

Do you still have service on your old sim? If so, continue to use it until this situation gets resolved.
