How I can found my email address I used when I get my number?

@Ruderisv70   Try the Reset Password link there.  You can try as many time as you want.  Enter all the email addresses you have and see which one receive the email from PM about resetting password

If that does not work, open ticket with PM Support:

1. For faster response (2-48 hours), use this direct link: https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

**Start with typing "Forgot Login Information", click "Contact Us", click "Click here to submit a ticket".

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply to you there

If you used the same email address as on this Community. Click on your avatar then My Setting and it will show your email used.

Look in all your inboxes for any emails from Public Mobile (not Public Mobile Community). That email address would be the email address you registered here with.
