My QR code is not active, could you pls support to resend the QR code or instruct me how to activate my esim

I mean, when I try to scan QR code ( code I received from Public mobile) from my phone ( setting->cellular->add esim->unable to activate esim. That’s what I get.

Did you get a new phone and want to transfer the eSIM to the new phone?
If so, you need to download the PM app on the new phone. Login to your account and purchase a new eSIM. It will be free.

If you activatedbusing PM app, the eSIM could have been installed. Check Settings ->Cellular or SIM Manager screen, there should be a Public Mobile eSIM there, enable it.
