QR code for new account activation eSim did not work

Hi, I am unable to add the eSim to my phone using the QR code in my welcome email. I believe my number has been ported successfully now.

@WelcomedRabbit just some hidden html with what you typed

copy and paste what you typed to Notepad, then copy back from Notepad (this will remove all hidden html) and the paste again to PM message using right click Paste as text, this will work

I am trying to do that but I keep getting this error message "

Correct the highlighted errors and try again.

Your post has been changed because invalid HTML was found in the message body. The invalid HTML has been removed. Please review the message and send the message when you are satisfied."

@WelcomedRabbit then at this moment, you have no choice but to message PM support. Please open ticket as advised above

There is no PM eSim listed in my settings. The QR code does not work, only ever said "unable to activate eSim"

@WelcomedRabbit please check your Sim Manager again and see if the PM eSIM already installed. Or on iPhone, Settings > Cellular

If it still does not connect and if you have another active sim on the phone, disable those non PM sim (eSIM/Physical sim) using the SIM Manager on the phone or simply remove the physical sim.  

And make sure the one associated with PM sim and your phone number is enabled.
(On iPhone: Settings->Cellular , make sure the PM eSIM is set as Primary on "Cellular Plan Label" and "Turn on This Line" is toggled on)

Then click Reset All Networks on your phone and it will work.  (Please note that Reset all Networks will also erase your saved Wifi and Bluetooth connections, but you just need to add them back after). Also, it is possible you have to reset it multiple times for it to work.

if it still does not work, please open ticket with PM support

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there
