New subscription and phone # transfer not working after 2nd day after I paid and did everything please help me resolve this issue

it might or might not be porting related
try reboot phone once and test both outgoing calls and incoming
if you cannot even make outgoing calls, it is not a porting problem but a sim card provisioning issue, easy fix for PM support but please engage them by direct message here
