I am existing subscriber to PM with eSIM for over one year. I bought a new Samsung phone but the smart switch app want to scan QR code from PM eSIM . I thought the new did not work so I went back to Samsung store to return then they told me that Smart switch app work with all service providers but not PM. They ask me to contact PM to move the existing eSIM from my old phone to the new phone.
Please help !
What PM need from me ? my phone no or my eSIM no ?

Is that an s25? If yes, you must first activate the phone by inserting a physical sim card into the phone and sign into your Google and Samsung account.
You can borrow one from a friend. Any active sim on any provider will work.
Once that's completed, you can down the Public Mobile app and purchase an eSIM. If you have already should be free.
If it's not s25, same thing, you cannot transer esim. You must download the Public Mobile app to your new phone and purchase a new eSIM.

PM doesn't currently support transferring eSIMs. What you do instead is install the PM app on your new phone and 'purchase' a new eSIM to install on it. Because you were already using an eSIM for quite some time, the new one should be a free purchase.
