@2165166safd YES it normal , You can’t transfer eSIM instead , you need to download public mobile app on new phone and login to your account and rebuy new eSIM as you have done , the system should detect you have eSIM now and be free at check out , if you happen to get charged after check out just message support and the will give you credit for the eSIM . And you will keep same phone number and plan no worries
