Where can I obtain a copy of the receipt for an add-on purchase made a couple of weeks ago? I see the purchase listed in my "Purchase History" but I need a copy of the actual receipt for that purchase.

PM does not provide official receipts for purchases of add-ons or paying 'monthly' bill.
You can ask for official paid service bill from agent and it might include other purchases but you have to talk to them to see what they can do for you.
Screenshot of your transaction history and credit card statement are only things you can do yourself.

Can you use a combination of the 'purchase history' and your credit card statement (showing taxes) as proof @John41 ?
My Account does not provide a receipt that you are looking for.
Not sure if CSA provides this either, but I suppose you could ask: Contact a Customer Support Agent (publicmobile.ca)
