@Nine65

There are 2 types of PUK: SIM and Samsung phone.

For the SIM, contact a CS_Agent

For the Samsung phone, contact Samsung Canada

Are you seeing these messages?

“SIM network PIN blocked. Enter SIM network PUK."

is asking for the phone’s (often Samsung) “master code" after entering the wrong code too many times.

Samsung and/or your previous carrier can give you this.

"SIM network unlock PIN"

is asking for your previous carrier's unlock code - just contact them with your IMEI (dial *#06# to get it) and they'll give it to you. If you enter this incorrectly too many times, you'll get the error message above.

@Nine65   You can also message the CS_Agents directly by clicking here .    Watch for their reply in your Community mailbox by looking for the envelope icon in the upper right.

You'll need to open a ticket to talk to a CSA. Please do that by going to: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
