Public Mobile does not print the PUK anywhere on their SIM cards/packaging, does not display the PUK anywhere in Self-Serve or Community account pages, does not offer the PUK unless explicitly asked to do so.
If you want your PUK (for whatever reason) then you'll have to msg the PM Mods or have a chat with Simon. It's the only way.

what's the exact message your phone is showing?
If it asks for the network unlock PIN or PUK, your phone is locked to the previous provider and you need to contact them and/or the phone manufacturer for the information.

Not sure what you're really asking. Does your sim card need the PUK code?
