Puk code and self serve account issues unresolved

I have been unable to access my self serve account since activated 3 days ago, it was reset 2x's by a moderator and still will not except email or phone #

I also have not received the puk code requested 2x's and still unable to use my phone...... Please help! I am very frustrated and regretting choosing a carrier without a customer service # or live chat help.

As @mimmo suggested please send another message to @CS_Agent. 

This time, please make the subject line of the message more visible such as, no service or service down.

@HaliGirl once things re going usually things are fine. the troubled start can be frustrating.  because it is an account issue only the mods can help.

@CS_Agent  can you take another look at this account.

It might be worth sending another message to the mods.

unfortunately that is all that we can do.
