I just signed up for a Public Mobile account and nothing is working. The APN settings are all right so I'm quite sure it's not the problem. When I log in to my account, the next payment due date is December 30, 1969. This leads me to believe that the account was setup incorrectly, and when I go to change my plan nothing populates and I get a 403 error if I try to click "Try out more options". Any help would be appreciated.

@notbarrie , can you try to login again in incognito mode. Try also the lost phone, found phone toggle. Failing that, I suggest contacting the moderator team for assistance.
