I need to put my public mobile number I had onto a new public mobile Sim card. I do not have the old Sim card or phone but I do know the Sim card number tho. How do I do this

Just simply login to your Self Serve account then click on Change SIM Card.

All depends on when you 'had' your public mobile. If it is in the last 90 days, then you should be able just to do what previous posts suggested (change SIM card). If it is more than 90 days then that number is gone.

Log in into your PM self-service account and click on Change Sim Card

You can change your SIM card number via your self service account. It does require two factor authorization, but you can choose an email address.
