If I change to Public Points from the Rewards program, does my monthly bill stay the same or does it go up to the regular plan payment? Does that mean I have to redeem points in order to reduce my bill on a periodic basis? There is nothing in the FAQs that compare the two and companies don't change rewards programs unless it is better for them imo. Thanks!

Question? Is it possible to roll back to the old rewards program? Thanks

@rmsraven It goes up. Yes you will have to redeem points to reduce bill and you need 15 points in order to do this. It’s so much worse for consumers and way better for the company

@rmsraven , if you switch to the points system your monthly costs will go up. You will lose the loyalty reward. The auto pay is on par with points discount for plans $40 and above. DO NOT switch from the legacy system.
