I do not see my Public points growing every month, after my payment, why?

Check your Rewards. Every 30 days you will get 5% in points UNLESS you do have funds on account which will be used first and then the rest will be charged on CC and only on THAT portion you will get 5%

@LNC  are you sure ? You went to the My Rewards tab? Your total is there. Then scroll up you will see Recent Activity. It will break it down by month in Refer a friend, Points Back and Give Back. These added will give you your total Public  Points Balance at the top.
