Hi, I'm trying to complete my eSim activation after paying for subscription, but the app (android) keeps looping to the login page after 2FA. I've tried uninstalling, clearing cache, setting default browser to Chrome, and resetting password. Please help - thanks!

I've submitted a ticket yesterday, but haven't heard back yet. The app still loops and won't let me login to complete my activation. Can my eSim be provided to me via a qr code?

Hi @hTideGnow I used the browser to start the activation, and was asked to download the app after payment. My eSim is shown to be currently with my current provider that I'm trying to switch to PM. I'll try submitting a ticket then.

When you activate, you used the app? did it get to Step 6 to complete the activation? Or you only used the browser to start the activation, and asked to download the app after payment step?
check if the eSIM already installed. If it is not, ask PM agent to help
