Providing a service

There should be a topic about services provided because with my experience this weekend I feel that my payment was received and my service was not provided. Auto pay fails to honor the contract on hundreds of customers and nothing can be done for days

@Footun7, you have made your point many times over already.  It's an unfortunate situation that nobody wishes to happen.  What you are doing now isn't going to help your cause or yield any sympathy.  

@CS_Agent, please service this customer right away.  We need some damage limitation here to control the bull in a China shop.

I see you’ve posted multiple threads on basically the same topic. Are you a new member? Maybe an issue with the port. Have you messaged a moderator?
