I am told that you have a promo $30 for 30gb - Canada/USA/Mexico 

would I be able to get this plan

I saw the same offer being told an a popular Canadian website. I'm not sure where they got this information from. I've looked at all my offers and I do not see it there. I've reached out to a few people I know with lower plans and they too do not see it. We do all, however, see the $35 75GB Canada/USA/Mexico plan. That might be a much better offer to go with if you see in your list.

Open the app, go to manage subscription, change subscription and see what offers are there. If you see the $35 plan, go for it. But like @SKSuh mentioned, choose to have it changed at Renewal and not right away.

Check My Account -> Change Subscription if you see the plan there, you can change to it.  If not, sorry, you cannot.  Existing subscribers cN only choose plan to change from that page

If the $30/30GB plan is available within your “change subscription” field then you can select it at the next renewal (recommended)
