It states:
"Bonus data will expire if the account becomes inactive or the rate plan is changed." Did either of these things happen to lose the promo?

@HubieDee - if this was a particular store promotion (London Drugs have sometimes offered specific ones) then your promotion may not be listed in that announcement area link I provided.
If you know the activation date, I wonder if the store would have any details of this promotion?
If not, hopefully a CSA will be able to assist you.

@HubieDee - can you find your promo amongst these announcements anywhere?
I found a 3GB from 2019, but looking at your community start date I am thinking it is a later one. Although community start dates don't always correlate with activation dates.

@HubieDee - CSA should have access to see what promo you have/had.

It may be a 12 month promotion.

@HubieDee we are customers and members here on the forum, and have no access to your account.
Some promotions are added on every cycle for a period of so many months...some are giving for as long as you are a customer as per the terms and conditions of course.
Some promotions are addons, so they do not get added each cycle; and once used up they are gone.
I don't know which promotion you are talking about. Do you have any records of it? Or, maybe screenshots of your overview or plan details areas, when the promotion was lists?
