Promotion disappeared

Hello, my 2GB promotion disappeared from my account recently. Where did it go?

If it's the one time Christmas bonus add-on, you likely used it up and didn't know it. Although it doesn't expire, it's only one time use, and once used it falls off. To be sure make sure you're clearing cache or using Incognito Mode when logging into your account.

@GD8 - addons are normally one time use and leave your account when used up. But are you saying that you activated an account at one time and were given an addon that reoccurs every 30 days? Do you recall the actual promo or terms of this plan/promo?

Sometimes when you change plans or go into suspended status this affects your promos like this, did either of these things occur?

@GD8  Is this a new promotion . Was it only for x amount of months check like this 

simply try refreshing the page to check data plan / mins / add ons
