Promotion data rollover on new plan

Hi! I have 3GB of unused promotion data, but I would like to downgrade to the $15 plan. Will this data rollover to the new plan or will I lose it?

@shneadn  Take a long term view. Even If it's lost and you must buy a couple of data add-ons you'll be far ahead for saving $120/year.

@RossN  no need to contact mods. 

@shneadn if the data bonus is listed as a seperate add-on then it stays till used up.   If it was part of your plan data like the current promo ie bonus data than it is gone when you switch plans.

If you can post a picture of your overview page does spefically the add-on section we can be sure 100%

Edit as mentioned by terms posted above bonus data might be lost.

It looks like that according to the terms, if you change plans, you will lose the data add on.  However, in practical terms, in the past, these data add ons will remain after customers change plans.  

Here are the terms and conditions of that promotion:

@shneadn hello if it is an addon it should roll over, on one of my plans I had a 5 gig bonus when I signed up,a couple of months later I downgraded to the 15 dollar plan it stayed with my new plan what promotion did you receive it from? some promotions specify that you will loose bonus data others do not 😁?

@shneadn it depends on the type of promotional data. If 2 gigs of the data was the 1 gig promotional Christmas data and the other one given in October, then that will definitely be safe. As for the other gig, as mentioned, it depends on the terms it was received under.
