Promotion $24 for 4 GB data at 4G speed

I currently pay $25 for 1 GB data at 3 G speed, current promotion $24 for 4 GB data at 4G speed, new activation. What does  the loyalty counted for?  Public mobile should upgrade our plan to the new one. Otherwise people will think to quit PM and go to other provider.

@HW23 - It is for new activations only, ask CS_Agent if you can switch to the $24 4GB plan.

You will also lose the rest of the month with CS_Agent.
