I try to activate a new line with %50 discount, 24 months($50 plan, Can, US, Mex, 80GB). The system gives me $5 discount only. So, I need to pay $45 plus taxes. I stopped activation.

@Dunkman  Thanks so much, activation through app worked, whereas through web failed.

That is unusual.  Did you try to activate via website or PM app?  Try the PM app.  

If still same error, you will need customer service agent help.  I will try to escalate the CSA_PM who should private message you.
