I activated 4g 30 dollar plan today on sep 25. Jus wondering as said on the website is my 3rd mnth bill going to be zero dollars

So this is what the website says below. So if you meet the conditions,  November will be free.

*Activate on any rate plan $30 or greater and get your third month free. Offer available to new online activations only for a limited time. The one-time credit will be applied toward the customer’s third month of service. 3rd month free will expire if the account becomes inactive or the rate plan is changed. The one-time credit amount will be equal to the rate plan activated on for the previous two months (before tax) and will be automatically applied to eligible rate plans. This credit will cover the rate plan cost only. It will not cover additional costs such as Add-Ons. This promotion is not applicable to activations on any other Public Mobile plans. This offer is subject to change without notice

yes, it will be free on the 3rd month

What PM will do is that it will add the plan amount into your account as a credit (showing as Available Funds) the day before renewal.  Then when renewal time comes, PM will use that credit for renewal and hence you don't need to pay on the 3rd month
