Cannot set up profile. Everytime I put in my email and verify it it says they do not match even though they do.

@Prairieoyster - if you activated online your Self Serve is created during that process using your email address.
Try using the Forgot your password option if you activated online.
If you activated instore, you may not have registered for a Self Serve account yet. If this is your case, you can register for one here:
