Hi,
I tried to set up my new account on Public Mobile, I was porting the number, While activating on the final step where i gave my payment detail, The process failed saying that there was issue with the credit card company processing the request. However my credit card has been charged with 4 transactions of 52.50 $, and my number is not ported, the new public mobile account was not created.
What should I do to proceed?

Did you try to restart the phone and see if it will work. Mine was like that when I first activated the sim. Won't work until I restarted my cell phone.

I am still waiting for response, is there a next level that I can reach.
This is frustrating I am waiting since last night, at the moment I just want them to not accept the CC payment made and I think I will be DONE with public mobile then.
Due to this delay I will be forced to continue for another month with existing provider.

@snajmafaiz No problem. They might be busier then normal because of the 40$ promo going on at the moment, but they should get back to you soon. Yes, they will reply to you by private message.
