Hi, i have a samsung android phone with 20 digit SIM card number, the public mobile account only has 19 digit option, what do I do? I want to use my existing SIM card.

you don't use your current sim card , you need to buy a brand new Public Mobile sim card and only PM sim card can be used on PM network.
Buy a PM physical sim card from Telus or Koodo or Mobile Klinik stores or via Amazon:
