I’m having problems with activating my account, I can’t submit a ticket and the private messaging isn’t working. What do I do?

You need to open a ticket for PM to help
Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket. So, you will need to message them here:

The private messages always work. Delete the app and reinstall and try again.
