Problems porting number

I just tried to port my number from Bell. I received the text message, hit yes saying to port the number. within 1 minute i received a text from public mobile saying that it looks like i entered the incorrect ESN / MEID

What do I do?

 

I can switch out sims and have text message / imessages on both sims, but only phone calls from my bell sim.

Hi I am having a porting issue as well. Coming from Telus to Public.  Responded yes to Telus.  Have not received anything from Public.  Checked my Public account and my ported number is there.  iPhone connected to Public network but I cannot make or receive calls or texts.  I reset network settings etc but no joy.  Could I get the number to call for porting issues as well please?  Thank You very much

Also, if possible, the Bell account number should be used instead of IMEI.
