Problems With Texts!!!

Anyone else having problems with texts today? Tried sending a text and failed. Restarted my phone and two texts appeared which were sent much earlier in the day. What's going on? I probably missed some calls too but have no way of knowing. My first week with PM has been plagued with problems.

what kind of device you have it,

Yes, I ported from Rogers and had all kinds of missed calls and texts for the first couple of days. Thought it was resolved but same story today. As much as I hate Rogers, I never had any such problems. Starting to wonder if it's a classic case of you get what you pay for but I really hope I'm wrong.

Try putting your phone in airplane mode and switch it back.  If you have another phone try swapping the sim.  Did you port your phone number over to PM ?

can you do try reseat the SIM card

1.power off your device

2.take out the SIM card,

3.wipe it clean SIM card,

4.put it back and power on,

5.toggling airplane mode off/on,  

 

it happened sometime you know, A normal reboot without reset, didn't work. At least try it,

only work after reseating the SIM card.

 

can you try it selecting the network to "3G ONLY"

what is mean for Rebooting the phone means to turn off your phone and turn it back on.

 

and make sure APN Settings On device

Turn your data on to send a Picture Messaging in world-wide,

 

if your data is off and your home internet wifi is on is not going through the Picture or a video Messaging, 


you have to do this to is go through you will need to turn your data on to send a Picture or a video Messaging in world-wide,

 

make sure your DATA is on.

 

if you still not working you have to Submit a ticket to customer service by Moderator Team,
