My eSIM module doesn't work. I want to change to physical sim card for my old phone. Could say how can I do everything correct?

@TrevorMorgan if you need a physical SIM you can buy one from Amazon for $4.99+ it's cheaper and quicker.
Or from a Telus Corp store for $10+. Then you'd since into your account and update the new sim card on your profile.
