Do you see the added amount in your Available Funds?
Are you sure you're typing in the 12 digit code and not some kind of serial number or any letters?
Have you tried entering it using the 611 service?

Yes it was a voucher and I checked several times

You mean a voucher? Did you check the exact numbers on it?

@Wendy62, are you referring to a voucher code? Sometimes vouchers have a delay time before they can be used. Where was this voucher purchased and when?
