Problem with International Messages

Hi Everybody! I'm having a problem with the international messages. I'm in Toronto with a canadian number (public mobile), however I'm from Spain and I linked my spanish bank account with the canadian number. I don't know how it will be here, but in Spain (with my bank, 'la Caixa') we're used to receiving a message with a confirmation code everytime that we get something in internet. So you buy something in Amazon and inmediately your bank send to you a message with a number in order to introduce it and confirm the purchase. Two months ago, when I linked my spanish account with my canadian number, I didn't have problems; I received those confirmation codes from my spanish bank. Nevertheless, the last week I tried to get something in a page but when it appeared the message (in the web) notifying me that a code from my bank had been sent to my mobile I noticed that there wasn't any message. I've been trying with other pages and I'm having the same problem. And I got contact with my spanish bank, but they have checked everything and they have told me that there wasn't any problem. So they have recommend me to check if i had any kind of restriction marked in my public mobile account (in the messages). But I dindn't find anything strange. Has anyone had this problem? Thank you !

@pkkk44 I understand that many of these confirmation texts utilize short codes. Unfortunately, PM does not do a good job supporting short codes.

Your bank sent your text message should be this format: 011+ Area code + phone number or +011+area code + phone number.

There was someone who had a same problem as you have, although his bank is in Hong Kong. I’m not sure he fixed the problem or not since he didn’t update.
