Problem streaming video over LTE

I am unable to watch the Apple keynote on PM network for some reason - when I go to Apple.com, there is a line through the play button so it cannot start. If I connect to wifi, or swap in my Rogers SIM it changes to a normal play button, but as soon as I switch back to PM it won't work. I'm able to watch other video on PM network, including those on apple website, but for some reason just the keynote is blocked. Just wondering if anyone else has this problem and if this is part of some more general issue ie. that certain types of video can't be played on the PM network.

Ok thanks good to know. Strange issue though, won't play in either Firefox or safari on iPhone 6 with iOS 9.3.5. On the exact same phone, it will play on Rogers network, so it is somehow related to my PM network setup. Are there any settings I might need to change under Cellular perhaps? I know for some networks, like Roam, I had to go in and manually change the APN. Under Cellular>cellular data options>cellular data network, all I see is personal hotspot, with an APN set to ips.mb.com. Any other suggestions?

Hi @dlepp!

Net neutrality is a very important and serious issue.  You can rest assured that PM will not selectively block access to some pages while allowing access to others.  If they did, there would be a massive uproar and protests.  

This particular instance could just be a bug in mobile browser, or a compatibility issue.  Using LG G4, I was able to play videos from the link you posted, so I can confirm there is no block.

I'm not too worried about the Apple event in particular, but I'm just trying out PM and wanted to make sure there weren't some limitations to its network that I'm unaware of before I cancel my other plan. I tried again just now and even the posted video can't be played. Could someone else please verify for me they can play this on PM LTE? Thanks.

 I guess PM prevent you wasting too many data.
