My friend is having trouble logging into his account. He can log in the first step with his email and password but when it comes to the second step to get the code text to his phone his phone number on the account is his old phone number and not the new one so there is no way for him to get that code. Also, when he tries to send the code through email it doesn't arrive. Hes tried it multiple times. Why hasnt his new phone number been updated on his account? Thanks
