Problem activating

Hi, I tried to buy a package for a month while I’m in Canada. Unfortunately it won’t allow me to activate it without the app and I can’t get the app because my location can’t be set to Canada. Is there anyway to activate the package without the app? Or can I have my money refunded? Thanks!

You can download the TextNow app to get free calling and texting when connected to wifi. Also WhatsApp works too if all parties have this app.

you can actually setup a different Apple account or Google account and setup as Canada so you can download the app. 

or if you are not activation esim, you can ask a friend to download the Public Mobile app and help you to complete the activation

and you can also ask Public Mobile to help to complete the activation.  Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket.  So, you will need to message them here:
