I haven’t used my sim card in a year. When I went to fun my account , the online system asked med to activate my sim card. When I add my sim card number, I get “sim card number invalid”.

If you are using an older SIM card that was on an account that is now no longer active, you need to purchase a new SIM card. I'd suggest looking at Amazon as it's only $4.99 there or IF your phone can do eSIM, that might work as well.

don't "activate" again. But, your sim card is working?. connected to PM and can make calls and data works?
if working, then the error you got is a My Account login error. Just ask PM to check and sort it out. You won't be able to open proper Chatbot ticket at this time, so just open ticket by messaging them
