I just activated and got a message saying there was a problem bringing the number over. The message also said I would get a call to help. That call hasn't come. What an I supposed to do now, as public mobile doesn't have any contact info for the support team?

Sorry to hear that you're having problems porting your number over! There have been various issues in the past (including from PC Mobile, etc) so sometimes you need to call the help line specific for Porting issues (only).
Public Mobile doesn't like the number to be posted so I'll send it to you directly in case it gets removed from here. Goodluck! 🙂
