I have 2 numbers but one number I have ported to other network. How can I get refund or transfer to other number ? basically pro rated charges. Do I need to call or inform someone?
Really thats not good. Even though If I talk with agent , its auto renewal and after 2 or 3 days shifted. Any ways thanks for your reply.
PM has no refund policy. So, they won't provide you the pro-rated credit or refund in any way
